چکیده
Abstract Background The most common endocrine and metabolic disorders in premenopausal women is polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), characterized by hyperandrogenism, chronic anovulation, and/or ultrasound evidence of small ovarian cysts. Obesity insulin resistance are also the main factors influencing clinical manifestations this syndrome. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) typical progressive neurodegenerative disorder brain, recent studies suggest a relationship between endocrinal dysregulation neuronal loss during AD pathology. Aim This study aimed to evaluate risk for PCOS based on previous studies. Knowing eliminating them may prevent future. Method In narrative review, international databases, including Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, Web Science, were searched retrieve relevant studies’ summaries categorized discuss possible pathways that explain association signs/symptoms complications. Results According our research, involved share some factors. patients with PCOS, increased LH FSH ratio, decreased vitamin D, resistance, obesity important increase disease.
